Shipping
We ship each club or a set of club for a flat $7.95 within
the lower 48 states. We will ship to Canada and Hawaii at
cost, but you must email us first to get an estimate.
Sorry No International Shipments.
We ship everything via Fedex and will send you a tracking
number if requested.
Returns
If, during the first 15 days following the receipt of the
purchase, you wish to return any product in the exact condition
that you received it (has not been played with), a 100 percent
refund will be given for the price you paid for the product.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless
an incorrect product was shipped (see Return Policy below).
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Guarantees the condition of our clubs. If you don't agree,
send it back for a full refund of the purchase price!
Damaged Goods: If your item was damaged during
transit, keep the box for the insurance company. Please email
us within 3 business days and we will give you instructions
on how to handle the situation. We will send you a return-shipping
label either by email or fax, whichever you prefer. When the
return package has been delivered to us we can either send
you a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you received
your item and it was damaged or was not what you ordered please
email us immediately. We require that you email us within
3 business days to return the item. We will not except returns
any later then the time specified. We will send you a return-shipping
label either by email or fax, whichever you prefer. After
the item is returned we will examine the item. If the item
is damaged or the wrong item we will send another one out
the same day we get the return package.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that you have
received the correct product before using it! We're sorry
but we cannot, under any circumstances, accept return of new
equipment after it's been used, even if it's only been hit
